● 利用工厂压缩空气驱动增压泵浦,输出油压力,作为油缸之动力源,流量大于一般油压增压器,可连续式增压,作动缸无增压行程之限制。

Using compressed air from the factory to drive the booster pump, the output oil pressure is used as the power source for the oil cylinder. The flow rate is greater than that of a typical hydraulic booster, and it can be continuously pressurized. The actuator cylinder has no limit on the boosting stroke.

● 以空气调压阀调整输出油压压力,达到增压倍数即停止驱动,油压下降时、泵浦将会自动补偿,特别适用于小流量液压夹具工装或其它长时间油压夹持机构。即节省能源,不产生油温、经济方便。

Adjust the output oil pressure with an air pressure regulating valve, and stop driving when the pressure increases. When the oil pressure drops, the pump will automatically compensate. This is especially suitable for small flow hydraulic fixtures or other long-term hydraulic clamping mechanisms. It saves energy, does not generate oil temperature, and is economically convenient.

1、占地面积小

1. Small footprint

常规7MPa、16L/min液压泵站油箱容积一般大部分为60升或40升、少部分小可做到20升。采用气动增压泵油箱容积小可以做到5升。

The volume of the oil tank in a conventional 7MPa, 16L/min hydraulic pump station is generally 60 liters or 40 liters, and a small portion can reach up to 20 liters. The use of a pneumatic booster pump can achieve a small oil tank volume of up to 5 liters.

2、维护成本低

液压油一般为一年需更换一次,假设以40升常规泵站相比较每台泵站一年节省35升液压油,市售每升液压油14元,每台机每年节省35x15=490元。

Hydraulic oil generally needs to be replaced once a year. Assuming that compared to a 40 liter conventional pump station, each pump station saves 35 liters of hydraulic oil per year. The commercially available hydraulic oil costs 14 yuan per liter, and each machine saves 35x15=490 yuan per year.

● 举例假设一个产品加工周期,油缸夹紧时间5秒、加工时间60秒,上料时间15秒。机床每天工作16小时。扣除上料及加工时间,气动泵每天耗气合计用时1小时

For example, suppose a product processing cycle, with a clamping time of 5 seconds for the oil cylinder, a processing time of 60 seconds, and a loading time of 15 seconds. The machine tool works 16 hours a day. After deducting the loading and processing time, the total daily gas consumption of the pneumatic pump is 1 hour

以16倍气动泵为例,连续工作每小时耗气量约3.36立方。(一台22kw的空压机一般就是3-3.5m?/min的排气量)。空压机工作一分钟可满足气动泵用气量,由此可见气动泵每天耗气用电量小于1元。

Taking a 16 times pneumatic pump as an example, the continuous operation consumes approximately 3.36 cubic meters of air per hour. A 22kw air compressor usually has a displacement of 3-3.5m/min. One minute of operation of the air compressor can meet the daily gas consumption of the pneumatic pump, indicating that the daily gas and electricity consumption of the pneumatic pump is less than 1 yuan.

● 常规7MPa、16L/min液压电动泵站、假设按1.5KW电机计算,每天工作16小时,每天耗电量为24度电。

A conventional 7MPa, 16L/min hydraulic electric pump station, assuming a 1.5KW motor calculation, operates for 16 hours per day and consumes 24 kWh of electricity per day.

● 由此可见改用气动增压泵站每台机每天可节省23度电,工业用电每度1元计算。每月按30天计算,每台机每月可节省690元电费。

From this, it can be seen that switching to a pneumatic booster pump station can save 23 kilowatt hours of electricity per day, with industrial electricity calculated at 1 yuan per kilowatt hour. Calculated on a monthly basis of 30 days, each machine can save 690 yuan in electricity bills per month.

4、低温升

气动泵站在油缸夹紧工件后自动保持压力恒定,无溢流损失,因此系统无温升。由于液压系统低温升、油缸密封件寿命大幅提高、液压油更换周期也可延长

The pneumatic pump station automatically maintains a constant pressure after clamping the workpiece in the oil cylinder, without any overflow loss, so the system has no temperature rise. 5、与机床连机方便

无需与机床连接任何电源,即可与机床夹具输出高压液压油。泵站采用手动液压换向阀,或气控式液压换向阀。

No power supply needs to be connected to the machine tool to output high-pressure hydraulic oil to the machine tool fixture. The pump station adopts manual hydraulic directional valves or pneumatic hydraulic directional valves.

6、与同类产品相比噪间更低

6. Lower noise margin compared to similar products

与其他主流日资同类产品相比我公司产品工作噪音只有75分贝。例如 某 P牌气动泵工作噪音78分贝,某K牌气动泵工作噪音82~85分贝。

Compared with similar products from other mainstream Japanese brands, the working noise of our company's products is only 75 decibels. For example, the working noise of a certain P brand pneumatic pump is 78 decibels, and the working noise of a certain K brand pneumatic pump is 82-85 decibels.
