气体增压缸与气体增压泵有什么不一样?

气体增压泵是以压缩空气为动力源的一种活塞式增压泵,当进气时增压气控阀的阀芯往复切换工作,控制增压泵活塞以极快的速度作往复动作,随着输出压力的增高,活塞的往复速度减慢直停止,此时,增压泵输出的压力恒定,能量消耗低,各部件停止工作;无/何种原因造成保压回路压力下降,增压泵将自动启动,补充泄露压力,保持回路压力恒定。大驱动气压为8bar。 1-驱动空气入口;2-驱动空气管路;3-气动活塞;4-顶部撞针;5-先导阀口;6-换向阀;7-底部撞针;8-先导排气口;9-消声器;10-入口单向阀;11-出口单向阀气动气6增压泵一般用于产品气压测试、提升工厂局部气源压力等,在次使用前,须详细阅读产品相关使用说明,切勿凭感觉操作。使用时,注意以下事项等,可用的更久。 1、使用的环境粉尘不能太多,因为气动气体增压泵上的呼吸孔可能会把杂志吸入泵的腔体内6,进而可能会导致其上的密封圈机缸筒划伤等情况的发生,大大的缩减应有的使用寿命年限。 2、如有条件的,可通过加配油水分离器来达到过滤掉空气驱动气源中的杂质以及水分等,这对于延长综合使用年限都是很有帮助的。
