1. Correct selection:

If it is corrosive gas, such as H2S, SO2 and other gases, the customer should take the initiative to explain when selecting the model. The gas-liquid Booster pump is suitable for boosting water, hydraulic oil and other liquids, and special instructions are also required for corrosive liquids. Correct selection is the premise of stable operation of pneumatic Booster pump.
2. Filtering requirements:
The power source of the pneumatic Booster pump is compressed air. The air source is required to be clean, and the particles are required to be less than 5um. Generally, the air source of the factory is dirty. If it is directly connected to the pump without filtering, the pump will accumulate dirt for a long time, which will lead to the failure of the one-way valve and serious wear of the seal ring.
3. Installation requirements:
When installing, it is easy to use PU air ducts to drive the air source, which are easy to install and easy to operate. The pipes will not rust inside. If using metal pipes, it is recommended to use compressed air before installation to prevent welding slag from blowing into the directional valve and jamming it. Pneumatic Booster pump can be installed vertically or horizontally. If conditions permit, it is better to install vertically. Vertical installation can extend the service life of seals.
