气体增压泵使用驱动的气体有哪些?

气动气体增压泵靠压缩空气做为动,增压压缩空气及其它气体,如氮气、氩气、氦气、氖气、氧气、氢气等气体的增压。

驱动空气压力一般要为3-8bar(0.3-0.8MPa), 当然不是这个压力范围内,同一台增压泵的增压效果一致的,同一台增压泵的增压比(驱动活,塞与增压活,塞的面积比)是固定的,驱动气压3bar时与驱动气压8bar时的大输出压力是不一致。

因此不要误解为驱动气压要求为3-8bar,就是指这个压力区间内都能达到同一个压力,因此选型时要根据现场的压缩空气的压力选择合适的增压比,一般压力要留有一定的余量。当压力越接近泵的大输出压力时,泵的频率越慢,流量越小。

Therefore, do not misunderstand it as the driving air pressure requirement of 3-8 bar, which means that the same pressure can be reached within this pressure range. Therefore, when selecting, the appropriate pressure ratio should be selected based on the pressure of the compressed air on site, and generally, there should be a certain margin for pressure. As the pressure approaches the high output pressure of the pump, the frequency of the pump slows down and the flow rate decreases.

原理是大活,塞推动小活,塞往复运动实现增压,随着压力的出口端压力的上升,大活,塞和小活,塞的两端的力趋于平衡,故增压泵运动频率下降、流量变小,当出口端的压力是增压泵的增压比时,两端力值平衡,增压泵这时停止工作,流量为0,一旦一端气压下降,增压泵会自动工作,补齐压力,具有自动保压、补压功能。

As the pressure at the outlet increases, the forces at the two ends of the large piston, plug, and small piston tend to balance. Therefore, the frequency of the booster pump movement decreases and the flow rate decreases. When the pressure at the outlet is the boost ratio of the booster pump, the force values at both ends are balanced, and the booster pump stops working. The flow rate is 0. Once the pressure at one end drops, the booster pump will automatically work to make up for the pressure, Equipped with automatic pressure maintaining and replenishment functions.

耗气量的要求,一般要求流量1m3/min左右,耗气量不是一个固定值,当泵的负载越小时,泵的频率越快,负载越大时,泵的频率越慢,当达到泵的大输出压力时,泵停止工作,不在耗气。不建议选用220V电源的空气压缩机,220V的空压机排气量一般都较小,增压泵不能发挥出正常效能。

The requirements for air consumption generally require a flow rate of about 1m3/min, and the air consumption is not a fixed value. The smaller the pump load, the faster the pump frequency. The larger the load, the slower the pump frequency. When the pump reaches its maximum output pressure, the pump stops working and no longer consumes air. It is not recommended to use an air compressor with a 220V power supply. A 220V air compressor generally has a smaller displacement, and the booster pump cannot perform normally.
