1. 安装高压针阀前，检查针阀外形有否损坏，若有损坏将可能导致针阀不能正常使用，此时可向技术人员或者供应商咨询。

3.按照针阀结构，正确安装针阀于管路或系统上。对于进出口有标识的针阀，按照标识（进口Inlet，出口Outlet）连接。对于进出口没有标识的针阀，按照低进高出的原则连接，即处于低位的连接口是进口，处于高位的连接口是出口。注意管路和系统也须是清洁的，并且系统中应安装有过滤器以保护系统元器件。
3. Correctly install the needle valve on the pipeline or system according to the needle valve structure. Needle valves with marks at the inlet and outlet shall be connected according to the marks (inlet inlet and outlet). For needle valves with no identification at the inlet and outlet, they shall be connected according to the principle of low inlet and high outlet, that is, the low connection port is the inlet and the high connection port is the outlet. Note that the pipeline and system must also be clean, and a filter shall be installed in the system to protect the system components.
4. 安装完毕后，启/闭针阀2-3次，以检查其性能是否良好。注意，开启或关闭阀门时，忌用力过猛（用力过猛可能造成造成密封失效）。通常，我们关闭阀门时，只要能关闭并耐住系统压力即可，不能强蛮旋转手柄。
