空气清洁度对压缩空气增压器使用的影响你知道吗?

  探讨了空气清洁度对压缩空气增压器使用的影响由于风在空气中的作用,总是含有不同程度的灰尘等杂质,如果空气中的灰砂杂质过多,使用压缩空气增压器有相当大的危害。
  The influence of air cleanliness on the use of compressed air supercharger is discussed. Because of the effect of air, there are always some impurities such as dust and so on. If there are too many impurities in the air, the use of compressed air supercharger will cause considerable harm.
  1、硬砂作为压缩空气运动时,会磨损泵体、活塞环、活塞杆填料等部件,缩短机器的使用寿命;2、灰尘进入气泵内部与润滑油混合,在气泵内,活塞环会形成焦炭,一方面阻碍机械润滑,另一方面在压缩空气增压器高温下,更多的砂粒可能引起爆炸;3、进砂器进入压缩空气增压泵容易堵塞阀门、燃气管道,造成压缩设备不严密,从而减少出口流量;4、由于扬尘会增加气动增压泵的磨损,破坏气动增压泵的润滑,影响气动气体的冷却,导致压缩空气最终温度的升高,存在一定的安全隐患。
气体增压泵
  1. When hard sand is used as compressed air, it will wear parts such as pump body, piston ring and piston rod filler to shorten the service life of the machine. 2. Dust enters the pump and mixes with lubricating oil. In the pump, the piston ring will form coke, which hinders mechanical lubrication on the one hand, and at high temperature of compressed air supercharger on the other hand. More sand particles may cause explosion; 3. Sand feeder entering compressed air booster pump can easily block valves and gas pipelines, resulting in imprecise compression equipment, thereby reducing the outlet flow; 4. Because dust will increase the wear of pneumatic booster pump, destroy the lubrication of pneumatic booster pump, affect the cooling of pneumatic gas, leading to the most compressed air. With the increase of final temperature, there are some potential safety hazards.

Therefore, filters must be equipped before air or other gases enter the air supercharger pump to prevent dust and impurities from entering the pneumatic supercharger pump, to prevent the abrasion of relative sliding parts from increasing sharply, and to prevent the oxidation of lubricating oil.
