气体增压泵工作原理:这种以压缩空气为动力源的活塞式增压泵,当进气时增压气控阀的阀芯往复切换工作,控制增压阀活塞以极快的速度作往复动作,随着输出压力增大,活塞往复速度减慢直到停止。此时,增压阀输出压力达到恒定,能量消耗达到,各部件停止工作;而且无论由于什么原因导致保压回路压力下降,增压阀都会自动启动,补充泄漏压力,保持回路压力恒定。
