3. Air supply connection
When installing the air supply circuit, try to drive the filter / pressure regulating valve into the booster valve. The air inlet is G1 / 4 ", the valve body is marked with" drive port ", and the pipe diameter is 1 / 2". If the pipe diameter is small, the booster valve cannot operate at the maximum flow. The filter regulating valve shall be connected according to the name, close to the booster valve.
The muffler is used to reduce the noise of the booster valve during operation and ensure the quiet operation environment. The vent port is G1 / 2 "marked" vent. ".
5. High pressure gas outlet connection
The port size and model number are indicated on the schematic of the boost valve. The valve body is marked "outlet" and is a high pressure outlet. Therefore, special care is required when connecting.
6. High pressure gas booster pump starts
(1) Before opening the boost valve inlet switch, use the regulator to set the pressure to "0" psi to ensure all connections, all components and installation.
Now slowly adjust the pressure reducing valve until the pressure increasing valve is started. Normally, the boost valve is a 15-20 psi pneumatic pressure.
