In turn, the blade acts on the liquid with a force equal to and opposite to the lift. This force works on the liquid, so that the liquid gets energy and flows out of the impeller. At this time, the kinetic energy and pressure energy of the liquid increase.
The gas-liquid booster pump works like a pressure supercharger, exerting a very low pressure on a large diameter air-driven piston, which produces a high pressure when applied to a small area of the piston. Through a two position five ventilation control reversing valve, the booster pump can run continuously. The high-pressure plunger controlled by one-way valve continuously discharges the liquid. The outlet pressure of the booster pump is related to the air driving pressure. When the pressure between the driving part and the output liquid part reaches a balance, the booster pump will stop running and no longer consume air. When the output pressure drops or the air drive pressure increases, the motor of the booster pump will start up automatically until it reaches the pressure balance again and stop automatically.
The single pneumatic nonequilibrium gas distribution valve is used to realize the automatic reciprocating movement of the pump. The gas drive part of the pump body is made of aluminum alloy. The liquid connection part is carbon steel or stainless steel according to the medium. Generally, there are two intake and exhaust ports in the pump, the intake can produce less than atmospheric pressure (atmospheric pressure) called "negative pressure"; in the exhaust can produce higher than atmospheric pressure called "positive pressure"; for example, often said that the vacuum pump is a negative pressure pump, booster pump is a positive pressure pump. The positive pressure pump is very different from the negative pressure pump. For example, the direction of gas flow, negative pressure pump is the external gas is sucked into the exhaust nozzle; positive pressure is from the exhaust nozzle out; such as the level of air pressure.
