1. Installation of gas booster pump.
The gas booster pump is equipped with two slotted mounting brackets as standard. The gas booster pump can be installed in any position, and the recommended position is in a vertical direction. Each sold gas booster pump will be accompanied by drawings indicating the required dimensions.
2. Pre boost gas source connection.
The pump body of the gas booster pump is marked with "inlet", and the port size and model are indicated on the drawings. The pre added gas must be pure. If the gas medium has impurities, it may damage the high-pressure components and cause the gas booster pump to malfunction. Therefore, it is recommended to install a filtering device at the inlet of the gas booster pump.
3. Connection of air source.
When installing the gas supply circuit, the filter/pressure regulating valve should be opened as much as possible into the gas booster pump. The air inlet port is G1/4 ", and the valve body is marked as" drive air port "with a pipe diameter of 1/2". If the pipe diameter is small, the gas booster pump cannot operate at maximum flow rate. Filter pressure regulation needs to be linked in order of name, close to the gas booster pump.
The use of a muffler is to reduce the noise during the operation of the gas booster pump and ensure a quiet operating environment. The exhaust port is G1/2 "and marked as" outlet ".
5. Connection of high-pressure gas outlet.
The port size and model are marked on the diagram of the gas booster pump, and the valve body of the gas booster pump is marked as "outlet", which is a high-pressure outlet. Therefore, special caution should be taken when connecting, and the connecting parts should be greater than the maximum output pressure.
6. Start the gas booster pump.
Before opening the intake switch of the gas booster pump, use the pressure reducing valve to adjust the air pressure to "0" PSI.
(2) Ensure all connections, components, and installation.
(3) Slowly adjust the pressure reducing valve until the gas booster pump starts. Under normal circumstances, the gas booster pump starts at a pressure of 15-20 PSI.
⑷ After completing steps 1 to 3, adjust the air supply pressure of the pump until it reaches the output pressure required by the system.
