气体增压泵该如何选型?

一,根据增压介质确定增压泵类型。比如,增压介质是空气/氮气,我们就在空气增压泵/氮气增压器中选.增压介质是气体,我们就在气体增压器中选;增压介质是液体,我们就在气动液体增压泵中选。
1、 Determine the type of booster pump according to the booster medium. For example, if the supercharging medium is air / nitrogen, we choose it from the air booster pump / nitrogen supercharger. If the supercharging medium is gas, we choose it from the gas supercharger; Booster medium is liquid, we choose in pneumatic liquid booster pump.
二,根据系统所需压力初步确定泵的型号。一般地,SC的气动增压泵的驱动气压≤7bar。所以,增压比Ratio=Po/Pa。其中,Po是系统的输出压力;Pa是气动泵的驱动压力,一般取大值0.7MPa。根据计算出来的增压比,在相应类型的泵表中选择型号。注意,通常我们会选择增压比略高于计算值的泵,以确保我们的泵在通常情况下都能输出系统所需压力。
2、 According to the pressure required by the system, the model of the pump is preliminarily determined. Generally, the driving pressure of SC pneumatic booster pump is less than or equal to 7 bar. Therefore, the pressurization ratio is PO / PA. Where Po is the output pressure of the system; PA is the driving pressure of pneumatic pump, generally 0.7MPa. According to the calculated boost ratio, select the type in the corresponding pump table. Note that we usually choose a pump with a boost ratio slightly higher than the calculated value to ensure that our pump can output the pressure required by the system under normal conditions.
三,核算泵的流量是否满足系统要求。当我们根据泵的出口压力初步选择了泵的型号后,我们需要核算改泵的流量是否满足要求。泵的流量计算方法是这样的:每冲程的排量×每分钟的动作频率(一般以40计)。比如,气动液体增压泵10-4000W003,我们在泵表中查到它每冲程的排量是42.50ml,那么它的流量Q=q×n=42.50ml×40=1700ml/min=1.7L/min。将这个流量与系统需要的流量比较,看是否满足要求。
3、 Check whether the pump flow meets the system requirements. When we choose the model of the pump according to the outlet pressure of the pump, we need to check whether the flow of the pump meets the requirements. The calculation method of pump flow is as follows: displacement per stroke × Action frequency per minute (generally 40). For example, for the pneumatic liquid booster pump 10-4000w003, we found in the pump table that its displacement per stroke is 42.50ml, then its flow Q = Q × n=42.50ml × 40=1700ml/min=1.7L/min。 Compare this flow with the flow required by the system to see if it meets the requirements.
如果流量不够,那么,我们再选择一个增压比相近,流量比较大的泵,并核算流量,直到满足系统流量要求为止。注意,我们所说的流量都是指常压下的流量,即将1分钟内经过泵增压的介质(液体或气体)放在常压下去测量它的体积。所以,对于气体,我们需要考虑预增气压的大小。比如,我们用空气增压器AB-2将7bar的空气增压1.2MPa,那么它的流量Q=7×q×n=7×47.6ml×40=13328ml/min=13.328L/min。
If the flow rate is not enough, then we choose a pump with similar pressurization ratio and large flow rate, and calculate the flow rate until it meets the flow requirement of the system. Note that the flow we say refers to the flow under normal pressure, that is, the volume of the medium (liquid or gas) pressurized by the pump within 1 minute is measured under normal pressure. Therefore, for gas, we need to consider the size of pre pressurization pressure. For example, we use the air supercharger ab-2 to boost the air of 7bar to 1.2MPa, then its flow Q = 7 × q × n=7 × 47.6ml × 40=13328ml/min=13.328L/min。
四,根据增压介质选择泵的材质。经过上面3个步骤后,我们可以选出泵的基本型号了。然而,正确的型号还得考虑增压介质对增压泵材质的要求。一般的,我们选择铜合金就可以了;如果增压介质对材质要求较高,比如水,我们选择不锈钢。
4、 Select the material of the pump according to the booster medium. After the above three steps, we can select the basic model of the pump. However, the correct model also has to consider the requirements of booster medium on booster pump material. Generally, we can choose copper alloy; If the pressure medium has higher requirements for material, such as water, we choose stainless steel.
