气体增压阀是一种可将液压传动系统中的低压油按比例转化为高压油的增压阀,属液压传动领域。它是由阀体、增压器以及液动换向阀等构成。通过阀体中的进、回油道,控制油孔以及泄油阀的配合,将增压器和液动换向阀有机的结合在一起。该增压阀的显著特点在于:是靠泵源压力促使增压器与液动换向阀间相互确定位置,相应了连杆传动运动和回转运动,从而使该阀达到简洁实用,并可依此原理形成一种自动往复油缸,有利于将液压传动向化繁为简,降耗方向发展。
Gas booster valve is a type of booster valve that can proportionally convert low-pressure oil in hydraulic transmission systems into high-pressure oil, belonging to the field of hydraulic transmission. It is composed of a valve body, a turbocharger, and a hydraulic directional valve. By combining the inlet and outlet oil channels in the valve body, controlling the oil hole and oil drain valve, the turbocharger and hydraulic directional valve are organically combined. The significant feature of this booster valve is that it relies on the pump source pressure to promote mutual determination of the position between the booster and the hydraulic directional valve, thereby eliminating the linkage transmission and rotary motion, making the valve simple and practical. It can also form an automatic reciprocating oil cylinder based on this principle, which is conducive to the development of hydraulic transmission towards simplifying complexity and energy conservation and consumption reduction.
