气液增压泵这种结构简单紧凑的产品，装配起来并不是很难，但是需要经过相关的培训，否则很容易因为装配的原因导致产品不能正常动作。此类产品主要由气缸筒、储油筒、油缸、活赛、密封件等组成。其中，密封圈有几十个不同规格尺寸的，分别用于活塞上、中间盖上、活塞上、前盖上等等，安装时要注意转配细节，否则容易损坏密封件。建议由人员来更换，或联系气液增压缸厂家更换。

二、气液增压泵更换密封件前的注意事项

1、检查前轴。

1. Check the front axle.

在安装油封之前，先检者前轴表面是否过于相糙，有无严重的碰坏痘迹。由于气药增床缸长时间，作而导致的轴向的长拉伤。如里轴表面过干粗精不光滑，就会揭坏油封影响容封性能，若轴表面有析装不当而造成严重的拉伤，会使油封展目与轴表面贴合有缝，会导致油液渗漏，如果有这样的情况，建议更换新轴，因为轴表面必须要具有较高的光洁度

2、检查轴头。

对于简单的轴头只有金属手刺或边，就可用铿力修磨平整，防止安装油封时划伤油封唇目，再检音油封质量是否展目有无破缺、伤裂或油化腐蚀，如发现这些不良现象，就不能使用必须更换新油封。
