当压缩空气含水份较大时,夏季你会发现排气口会凝结很多小水珠,排气口的温度也会比较低,到了冬季,就不会以水珠的形态出现了,开始结霜,慢慢的结冰,换向阀芯动作卡滞,进而泵停止工作,所以要冬季,气动增压泵要尽量在温度较高的环境内使用,且降低压缩空气的露点,如加冷干机,些时加配一支油雾器,保证换向阀的换向灵活顺畅。
