1.气体增压阀的安装

气体增压阀标配有两个开槽安装支架，增压阀可以安装在任意位置，位置为垂直方向，每台售出增压阀都会附带图纸，标注所需的各种尺寸。

增压阀阀体上都标注“进口”，且图纸上都标有端口尺寸及型号。预增气体一定要纯净，气体介质若有杂志可能会损坏高压元件，导致增压阀运行故障，所以建议大家在增压阀进气口安装过滤装置。

供气回路的安装时过滤/调压阀需尽量开进增压阀。进气口端口为G1/4”，阀体上标注为”驱动气口“，管径为1/2”，如果管径较小，增压阀就不可以以流量运行。过滤调压需按照名称顺序链接，靠近增压阀。

在增压阀的配图上标有端口尺寸及型号，增压阀阀体上标注为“出口”，此为高压出口，所以连接时需要特别谨慎小心，连接件需要大于输出压力。

6.增压阀的启动

⑴在打开增压阀的进气开关之前，使用调节减压阀将气压调到“0”PSI

⑵确保所有的连接口及所有元件及安装。

⑶将减压阀缓慢调节增压阀开始启动，正常情况下增压阀在15-20PSI压力下气动。

⑷完成1到3步骤后，调节泵的供气气压直达到系统所需输出压力为止。
