Pneumatic gas booster pump is driven by compressed air. It boosts compressed air and other gases, such as nitrogen, argon, helium, neon, oxygen and hydrogen.
驱动空气压力一般要为3-8bar(0.3-0.8MPa)， 当然不是这个压力范围内，同一台增压泵的增压效果共同的，同一台增压泵的增压比（驱动活，塞与增压活，塞的面积比）是固定的，驱动气压3bar时与驱动气 压8bar时的较大输出压力是不共同。因而不要误解为驱动气压要求为3-8bar，就是指这个压力区间内都能达到同一个压力，因而选型时要根据现场的压缩 空气的压力挑选合适的增压比，一般压力要留有一定的余量。当压力越挨近泵的较大输出压力时，泵的频率越慢，流量越小。

The maximum output pressure at driving pressure of 3bar is not the same as that at driving pressure of 8bar. Therefore, do not misunderstand that the driving pressure requirement is 3-8 bar, which means that the same pressure can be achieved in this pressure range. Therefore, when selecting the type, the appropriate boost ratio should be selected according to the pressure of the compressed air on the spot, and the general pressure should leave a certain margin. When the pressure is closer to the maximum output pressure of the pump, the slower the pump frequency is, the smaller the flow rate is.
原理是大活，塞推进小活，塞往复运动实现增压，跟着压力的出口端压力的上升，大活，塞和小活，塞的两头的力趋于平衡，故增压泵运动频率下降、流 量变小，当出口端的压力是增压泵的增压比时，两头力值平衡，增压泵这时停止作业，流量为0，一旦一端气压下降，增压泵会自动作业，补齐压力，具有自动保 压、补压功能。

Down, the booster pump will automatically operate, fill the pressure, with automatic pressure-keeping, pressure-filling function.
The requirement of gas consumption is generally about 1 m3/min. The gas consumption is not a fixed value. The smaller the load of the pump, the faster the frequency of the pump and the larger the load, the slower the frequency of the pump. When the maximum output pressure of the pump is reached, the pump stops working and does not consume gas. It is not recommended to choose 220V air compressor. The exhaust volume of 220V air compressor is generally small, and the booster pump can not give full play to its normal efficiency.
