增压介质在气体增压泵中起到的作用

1、气体增压泵选型参数之中,要确定的是增压介质。
1, the selection parameters of gas booster pump, the first thing to determine is the pressurizing medium.
比如,增压介质是空气/氮气,我们就在空气增压泵/氮气增压泵中选。增压介质是气体,我们就在气体增压泵中选;增压介质是液体,我们就在气液增压泵中选。
For example, the pressurizing medium is air / nitrogen. We choose it in the air booster pump / nitrogen booster pump. Supercharging medium is gas, we choose in gas booster pump; Supercharging medium is liquid, we choose in gas-liquid booster pump.
2、根据系统所需压力初步确定气体增压泵的型号。

一般地,气体增压泵的驱动气压≤7bar。所以,增压比Ratio=Po/Pa。其中,Po是系统的输出压力;Pa是气动泵的驱动压力,一般取较大值0.7MPa。
Generally, the driving pressure of the gas booster pump is less than 7bar. Therefore, the supercharging ratio is Ratio=Po/Pa. Among them, Po is the output pressure of the system; Pa is the driving pressure of the pneumatic pump, and generally takes the maximum value of 0.7MPa.
3、根据计算出来的增压比,在相应气体增压泵类型中选择型号。

注意,通常我们会选择增压比略高于计算值的气体增压泵,以确保我们的气体增压泵在通常情况下都能输出系统所需压力。
Note that we usually choose a gas booster pump with a boost ratio slightly higher than the calculated value to ensure that our gas booster pump can normally output the pressure required by the system.
4、核算气体增压泵的流量是否满足系统要求。

当我们根据气体增压泵的出口压力初步选择了气体增压泵的型号后,我们需要核算改气体增压泵的流量是否满足要求。

气体增压泵的流量计算方法是这样的:每冲程的排量×每分钟的动作频率(一般以40计)。比如,气液增压泵10-4000W003,我们在气液增压泵表中查到它每冲程的排量是42.50ml,那么它的流量Q=q×n=42.50ml×40=1700ml/min=1.7L/min。将这个流量与系统需要的流量比较,看是否满足要求。
The flow calculation method of the gas booster pump is as follows: the displacement per stroke * the action frequency per minute (generally 40). For example, gas-liquid booster pump 10-4000W003, we found in the gas-liquid booster pump table that its displacement per stroke is 42.50ml, then its flow Q = Q * n = 42.50ml * 40 = 1700ml / min = 1.7L / min. Compare the flow with the flow of the system to see if it meets the requirements.
我们所说的流量都是指常压下的流量,即将1分钟内经过气体增压泵增压的介质(液体或气体)放在常压下去测量它的体积。所以,对于气体,我们需要考虑预增气压的大小。

经过上面4个步骤后,我们可以选出气体增压泵的基本型号了。然而,正确的型号还得考虑增压介质对气体增压泵材质的要求。
