气体增压泵具有输出性能高而成本低的特性,而且增压泵的零件及密封少,维护简单且成本低着一起复增压。那么您在采购气体增压泵前需要了解的关键词有哪些呢?

压力比:气体增压泵驱动活塞与加压活塞的面积比。常用的压力比:2:1、3:1、4:1……160:1等等。

耗气量:气体增压泵驱动活塞运动所需要的小耗气量(NL/min),来确定空压机或管道的输送能力能否满足增压泵的需要,正常情况下,气体增压泵要求的空压机小耗气量≥0.6m?/min,相同驱动气压力下,空压机提供的出气流量越大,气体增压泵工作越快,增压速率越高。

气体增压泵
排量:气体增压泵在一个行程内,输出介质的容积(nL/次),气体增压泵的排量算法为:加压活塞面积X加压活塞有效行程=这台增压泵的排量。

流量:气体增压泵在一分钟内,累计输出介质的容积(nL/min)。计算方法为:排量×每分钟增压泵往复次数=增压泵的实际输出流量。由于随着气体增压泵输出端的压力越来越高,对设备输出高压的过程会产生阻尼,所以流量随输出压力的增大而减小,市面上看到的给出的流量很高,均为为出口压力为零时的测量值。
Flow: the cumulative output medium volume of the gas booster pump within one minute (nL/min). Calculation method: displacement × Reciprocating times of booster pump per minute=actual output flow of booster pump. As the pressure at the output end of the gas booster pump becomes higher and higher, the process of outputting high pressure to the equipment will be damped, so the flow will decrease with the increase of the output pressure. The flow given on the market is very high, which is the measured value when the outlet pressure is zero.
标态流量(nL):仅对气态而言,即在一个标准大气压下,环境20℃下测量的流量。
Standard state flow (nL): only for gas state, that is, the flow measured at 20 ℃ under a standard atmospheric pressure.
保压:设备启动后,在保证稳定的驱动压力下,气体增压泵增压相应压力,设备停止工作,回路内的压力在规定时间内没有变化,保压时间少可以30min。
Pressure maintaining: after the equipment is started, the gas booster pump is pressurized to the corresponding pressure under the stable driving pressure, and the equipment stops working. The pressure in the circuit does not change within the specified time, and the pressure maintaining time can be as short as 30min.
补压:无论何种原因造成保压回路压力下降,气体增压泵将自动启动,补充泄漏压力,保持回路压力稳定。
