对于全自动的管道增压泵，除了在调试运行时需要注意操作外，平时使用一般是无需人为操作的。下面介绍非全自动的管道增压泵操作流程，一般是分为启动、运转、停止三个步骤。

一、起动操作流程
First, starting operation process
在泵与电机连接时一定要将泵轴(泵转子)向上提起1-2mm,然后再拧紧联轴器上的螺栓；
In the connection of the pump and motor must lift pump shaft (pump rotor) up 1 to 2 mm, then tighten bolts on coupling;
泵在起动前必须用手转动泵转子，感觉灵活；
Pump must turn the pump rotor by hand before starting, flexible;
泵在起动前必须使泵内充满水和排除空气（泵出水段的螺塞有水喷出为止），然后关闭出口闸阀；
The pump before starting the pump must be made full of water and air (water pump section of screw water jet), then close the exit gate valve;
接通电源，泵起动。打开压力表，逐渐打开出口闸阀直到压力表指到所需压力为止。
Connected to the power supply, the pump starts. Open the pressure gauge, gradually open the export gate valve until the pressure gauge refers to the required pressure.
二、运转

注意电机轴承温度，高温度不得高于70℃。运转时轴承不应有噪音。

注意经常检查泵联轴器下部的压盖是否有水漏出，正常情况下应不泄露或只有微量的液体存在于压盖内。如有较大的泄漏，就应调整或更换压盖内的机械密封。
Often pay attention to check whether there is a gland at the bottom of the pump shaft coupling, a water leak under normal circumstances should not leak or only trace amounts of liquid present in the gland. If there is a large leakage, you should adjust or replace the mechanical seal in the gland.
水泵工作10000小时后，应进行检修。叶轮与密封环的半径间隙因磨损超过0.5mm,就应及时更换密封环。
Water pump working after 10000 hours, should be for maintenance. Impeller and seal ring due to wear and tear more than 0.5 mm, the radius of the clearance seal ring should be timely replacement.
三、停机
Third, stop
慢慢关闭出水闸阀和压力表，然后关闭增压泵的电源。如果所处环境温度较低时，则应放出泵内的水，以免冻裂。长期停止使用水泵时，应将泵拆开，擦干零件上的水，并在滑动面上涂以防锈油，妥善保存。

If environment temperature is lower, it should be out of the water in the pump, so as to avoid frost crack. Stop for a long time when using water pumps, pump should be open, dry the water on the parts, and in the sliding surface coated with anti-rust oil, properly kept.
