Pneumatic booster pump is a kind of reciprocating booster pump with compressed air as the power source. We usually use compressed air as the driving gas. Pneumatic booster pump has requirements for the pressure and flow of compressed air. The pressure is generally 3-8bar (0.3-0.8mpa).

同一台气体增压泵的增压比（驱动活塞与增压活塞的面积比）是固定的，驱动气压3bar时与驱动气压8bar时的较大输出压力是不一致的。因此不要误解为驱动气压要求为3-8bar，就是指这个压力区间内都能达到同一个压力，因此选型时要根据现场的压缩空气的压力选择合适的增压比，一般压力要留有一定的余量。当压力越接近泵的较大输出压力时，泵的频率越慢，流量越小。

The pressurization ratio (area ratio of driving piston to supercharging piston) of the same pneumatic booster pump is fixed, and the larger output pressure when the driving pressure is 3 bar is inconsistent with that when the driving pressure is 8 bar. Therefore, it should not be misunderstood that the driving air pressure is required to be 3-8bar, which means that the same pressure can be reached in this pressure range. Therefore, when selecting the type, the appropriate pressurization ratio should be selected according to the pressure of the compressed air on site, and the general pressure should have a certain margin. When the pressure is closer to the larger output pressure of the pump, the pump frequency is slower and the flow rate is smaller.

压缩空气耗气量的要求，一般要求流量1Nm3/min左右，耗气量不是一下固定值，当泵的负载越小时，泵的频率越快，负载越大时，泵的频率越慢，当达到泵的较大输出压力时，泵停止工作，不再耗气。不建议选用220V电源的空气压缩机，220V的空压机排气量一般都较小，增压泵不能发挥出正常效能。

The requirement of compressed air consumption is generally about 1nm3 / min. the air consumption is not a fixed value. When the load of the pump is smaller, the frequency of the pump is faster. When the load is larger, the frequency of the pump is slower. When the output pressure of the pump is larger, the pump stops working and no longer consumes air. It is not recommended to choose the air compressor with 220 V power supply. The discharge volume of 220 V air compressor is generally small, and the booster pump cannot play a normal role.
