气液增压泵与电试压泵的区别你知道吗?

  气液增压泵是一种复合活塞泵,利用大面积的低活塞压力来产生小面积的高活塞液压。电测压泵属于往复活塞泵,电机带动柱塞,带动滑块移动,然后将被测对象等注入水,使压力逐渐升高。本机由泵体、开关、压力表、水箱、电机等组成。那么,气液增压泵和电试压泵有什么区别呢?
  The gas-liquid booster pump is a kind of composite piston pump, which uses a large area of low piston pressure to produce a small area of high piston hydraulic pressure. The electric pressure pump belongs to reciprocating piston pump. The motor drives the plunger to move the slide block, and then inject water into the tested object to gradually increase the pressure. This machine is composed of pump body, switch, pressure gauge, water tank, motor, etc. So, what's the difference between gas-liquid booster pump and electric pressure test pump?
  气液增压泵:重量轻、体积小、携带方便;0.3 - -0.8 mpa压缩空气;无过载过热现象,达到压力,自平衡,停止工作,压降及时补压会出现电机过载,过热现象,输出压力;压力可达500MPa甚1000MPa。低于60分贝;不产生电火花、电弧,可用于任何易燃场合,特殊场合需考虑电机的防爆等级结构和维护;结构简单,易于维护。
气液增压泵
  Gas liquid booster pump: light weight, small volume, easy to carry; 0.3-0.8 MPa compressed air; no overload and overheating phenomenon, reaching the maximum pressure, self balance, stop working, pressure drop and timely make-up pressure will cause motor overload, overheating phenomenon, and the maximum output pressure; the maximum pressure can reach 500 MPa or even 1000 MPa. Less than 60 db; no electric spark and arc, it can be used in any inflammable occasions, and the explosion-proof grade structure and maintenance of the motor shall be considered in special occasions; the structure is simple and easy to maintain.
  电动试压泵:重量重,体积大,移动不便;220V或380V电源;压力约100MPa;噪音:75分贝以上;结构复杂,维修麻烦。
  Electric pressure test pump: heavy in weight, large in volume and inconvenient to move; 220V or 380V power supply; maximum pressure about 100MPa; noise: over 75db; complex in structure and troublesome in maintenance.
  通过以上对比,可以清楚地看到气液增压泵相比电试压泵有很大的优势。这两种泵都可用于以下场合。
