2. Interface size is very important

The gas drive interface is located outside the sliding valve chamber.
Because the volume of the gas booster pump is comparatively small, it can not only control the pressure accurately, but also be used to locate the control instrument accurately. In any case, it is necessary to install a compact air filter and water separator, and the air distribution control unit can also be selected: filter equipped with water separator, pressure reducing valve, pressure gauge, shutoff valve, etc.
Because the gas drive pump is smoothly disposed of by grease, there is no need to install air humidifier. If the air humidifier has been used once, it is recommended to continue to be used. If very dull gas is used, a gas smoother must be used.
3. Operating Temperature of Gas Booster Pump
The standard temperature range is - 20 (-+80 (-). The maximum operating temperature of the pump with _vE sealing material can reach +60 C, and the maximum operating temperature can reach +80 C in short-term operation.
Special sealing materials can be provided if used at outdoor temperature of 0 or below 0 C.
IV. Recommendation-driven air quality
According to the PNEUROP (European Committee of Supercharger, Vacuum Pump and Gas Drive Tool Manufacturers) recommendation code 611/1984, the driving gas is divided into 3-4 quality categories.

Note: When using humid or high humidity gas for continuous operation, ice will occur. It is advisable to install a water separator or a dryer in the air-driven pipeline under this condition.
If the driving air is too dry and the dew point is below - 40 C, it is advisable to use an oil mist. Selection of high quality driving gas can prolong the service life of gas booster pump seals.
