装置气密性检查的几种方法

化学是一门以实验为主的科学,在化学实验的过程中,凡涉及气体制备、收集和气体反应的仪器装置,都要进密性的检验这一操作。气密性检验一般应在仪器连接完之后,添加药品之前进行。气密性检查的方法虽然多种多样,但总的原则是:堵死一头采取一定的措施,使之产生一定的压强差,出现对应的现象,再分析现象得出结论,从而判断仪器装置的气密性是否良好。但由于不同实验仪器装置的差异,检验所采用的操作与方法也有所区别。

1、微热法。

其操作程序:将导气管末端插入水中――用手握住或利用热毛巾捂容器对该仪器装置微热——观察导管末端是否有气泡逸出——松开手后—-观察导管末端是否形成一段水柱 ,若是,则气密性好。如图一、二装置气密性的检查。

2、直接加热法。

当装置构成的密封体系较大时,用手捂或热毛巾捂不易引起空气体积的变化时,采用酒精灯直接对装置加热,若观察到导管末端有气泡逸出——松开手或移走热源后—-导管末端形成一段水柱 ,则装置的气密性好。

3、液差法。

操作程序:关闭导气管上的活塞――往体系即球形漏斗中注入水——使漏斗中的水面高于容器中的水面――静置片刻水面位置不变即形成稳定的液差,说明装置的气密性良好。如图四装置气密性的检查。
