Connect the tested instrument and standard instrument, and tighten the exhaust valve.
Slowly rotate the pressure lifting handle clockwise, the pressure approaches the first verification point, and then rotate it slightly
Adjust the handle to fully set the pressure at the verification point.
Record the standard and inspected data at this point.
Rotate the pressure lifting handle slowly clockwise again to verify the second point.
Boost the voltage successively until the upper limit (full range) of the tested instrument.
Verification of depressurization process:
Rotate the pressure lifting handle counterclockwise, and the pressure is close to the first verification point in the re inspection process
Fine tune the handle to fully set the pressure at the verification point.
Record the standard and inspected data of this point.
Rotate the pressure lifting handle counterclockwise again to verify the second return verification point.
Zero point verification: at the end of return verification, open the exhaust valve for zero point verification.
Verification of negative pressure gauge:
For the verification of negative pressure gauge, turn the pressure lifting handle to the innermost end, and then connect the standard and the tested
Instrument, close the exhaust valve. Rotate the pressure lifting handle counterclockwise to verify each inspection point.
