气液增压泵如何选型及流量说明

  气液增压泵术语:
  Terminology of gas-liquid booster pump:
  1.压力比:驱动活塞与压力活塞的面积比。
  1. Pressure ratio: area ratio of driving piston to pressure piston.
  2.耗气量:驱动活塞所需要的更小耗气量(NL/min),以确定空压机或管道的输送能力是否能满足增压泵的需要。
  2. Air consumption: the minimum air consumption required to drive the piston (NL / min), to determine whether the delivery capacity of air compressor or pipeline can meet the needs of booster pump.
  3.驱动压力:增压泵作用的理论压力范围为1.5bar - 10bar,更经济的范围为6bar - 8bar。
  3. Driving pressure: the theoretical pressure range of booster pump is 1.5bar - 10bar, and the most economical range is 6bar - 8bar.
  4.排量:增压泵一次行程内输出介质的体积(L/次)。
气液增压泵
  4. Displacement: volume of output medium in one stroke of booster pump (L / time).
  5.流量:增压泵输出介质在1分钟内的累计容积(L/min)。等于位移乘以每分钟。流量随着输出压力的增大而减小,试样中给出的流量为出口压力为0时的测量值。
  5. Flow: the cumulative volume of the output medium of booster pump within 1 minute (L / min). Equal to displacement times per minute. The flow rate decreases with the increase of the output pressure, and the flow rate given in the sample is the measured value when the outlet pressure is 0.
  6.标准流量:仅适用于气相,即1atm时,C下测量流量为20°。

  7.保压:在一定的驱动压力下,泵停止工作后,回路压力在规定时间内不发生变化。更小等待时间为10min。

  8.补压:无论什么原因引起保持回路压降,泵都会自动启动,补充泄漏压力,保持回路压力稳定。
